  Horrible horrible horrible. Bought a new phone on contract with a major fault - Bluetooth feature won't turn on. Took it into the store and they confirmed fault and advised it will have to be sent to apple fir repair.   Don't opt for Optus!! Internet and phone disconnects all the time (up to 4 times a week), customer service is terrible, when you finally get through to customer service the accent is so bad you can't understand what they're saying and they promise a call back by a supervisor but we don't get a call back. We are going to switch providers asap!!!

  Kevin is very helpful and was more than happy to fix my phone issues as Shane and team at Forest Hill had no interest in fixing my problem, due to laziness. Different experience in the Knox store. Nice to see customers shown respect and staff going beyond for their customers. Thanks again Kevin and team at Knox. Sorry you had to fix my problem it should of been Forest Hill job not yours. Everyone AVOID Forest Hill had issues with them and their rudeness for many many years. Have only been in Knox store about 5 times and has always been a pleasant visit. I will never walk into Forest Hill store again. Sick of the way you are treated it isn't just me who they are rude and lazy too. Seen it in store far to many times.

  As usual Optus is probably the worst customer service I ever experience. Staff are miserable and do not even try and help. There is no care in any service from Optus.
