  Very dissapointed... i came in for a manicure using a gift voucher.. 80 dollars for a manicure which im sorry to say but it was very poor... my therapist was very lovely but felt she was very nervous doing the manicure.. she said she had been in the industrie for 11 years... the application was not up to standard i felt what was done i could of done a more professional job.. i then went to a another place straight after in knox to get a pedicure and i payed 30 dollars and it was a much more satisfying experience, my feet felt amaizing.. sorry to say i would of been very upset if i had have paid 80 dollars and recieved that kind of manicure

  Very disappointed in my massage i had last month. Not what i expected and came away feeling i would have had a better massage at the Chinese place. Muscles still sore and no knots were worked out at all. Must a lignt oil rub even tnough i had asked for a firm massage

  Always professional and a very relaxing atmosphere. Treatments in general are good, but it is dependant on the therapist you get on the day.

  Please change your booking policy at Endota Knox. The first question I am asked when calling to book a massage is ' do you have a voucher?'. If I do it can be a several week wait for a weekend time. When I don't there is lots of availability. This question is only relevant once an appointment time is selected so you can either take the voucher number or a credit card number as security for the booking. I love Endota Knox and am spoilt by family members with gift vouchers for birthdays and Christmas, but these experiences going back over 1 year have really annoyed me. Whilst it makes good business sense for you to prioritise cash paying customers over vouchers (for which you have already received the money), it is a let down of service. Until this changes I wont be buying any vouchers for friends and family and will advise them to do the same.

  Great experience with the Organic relaxation massage. Really needed one after arriving from London this morning, and Knox Endota delivered. Will definitely be back!
