  Very chic design. Gets very busy on days like black friday etc making parking a nightmare. Lots of shops. Easy to walk around. Very clean.

  Would like see and hear more of the spirit of Christmas please. Carols brighten people up and help relieve the anxiousness of the busy shopping period. Also a life size prominently displayed Nativity scene near Santa, and Merry/Happy/ Joyful Christmas banners please. It may be worth considering a supervised children's safe play area, to free up parents to shop. Perhaps also a little bus to take people to the distant carpark from the little bus stop near the back Post Office entry. Heard that Knox was going to have a major revamp, is this still true? Merry Christmas.

  Its just another enormous shopping center stuffed totally full of the apathetic public desperate for under paid retail service employees to take their money. For the life of me, I don't understand the attraction of visiting such a behemoth. Perhaps it is the thrill of the chase (of the perfect car park), or even the feeling of immersion one experiences (of being in a den of capitalist worship), or even the unique perspective which may be attained (by observing so many people taking part in the modern replacement for Sunday worship). Also, DVDs are cheap today!

  Being from the Northern suburbs I really have to go out of my way to get to this centre but I really enjoy my visits here. There are all the stores you could wish for, the fresh food area is impressive and the OZone precinct outside is first rate. I don't really have anything negative to say.

  2 options with eating, a fast paced food court or go outside to explore the relaxing food strip that smells divine

  Always find a park, the pop up shops are great and plenty of shops to explore.
