    Was given half serving stale and cold. Went back to request new one. Then noticed she gave me a small size serving. Went back the third time. And the dooky over drive through had the nerves to argue back that i was in the wrong. If you hate your job don't take it out on a paying customer. Rubbish service. Lost my business.

    Always love a HJ. A very accessible location with no awkward entries or exits to navigate unlike some others. Clean, well maintained, good play area for kids.

    I finish work at 5am and I haven't Cath that shop open one time at 5am always closed until 5:40/ 6am they see you outside and don't even speaking whit you! they are very rude and keep door close.

    Burger was reasonable it actually looked like the picture (that never happens until today) good fresh chips. Girl read back the order and even got it right. Amazed. Not your average HJ.

    Just Hopeless, meals are always wrong or missing things. Half filled drinks and ice creams, chips always cold. Was given a drumstick and frozen drink in the store after I had ordered, 7 min later I was handed my meal with my ice cream now melted leaking out and the frozen drink is now melted and was expected to take it as is then was not happy when I asked for fresh ones.
