  Shelley looked after me when looking for a rental in Box Hill South. She was extremely professional, friendly and timely both before and after my inspection and application.   Shani Kanniappan showed me a rental property in Camberwell on September 13. I ended up choosing a different property (because I found one with a garden for my cat), but I could not rate Shani higher. She was so warm and friendly and made me feel at ease. It's quite intimidating looking for a rental property, because if it's one you like you know that the agent's impression will influence the owner. Shani acted as though she had all day to show me all the advantages of the home, even though we really only had ten or fifteen minutes. She was genuinely thrilled by all the advantages of the beautiful house she was displaying (as I was). It was so lovely and refreshing, being treated with courtesy and warmth in these days of bustle, bustle, bustle. Thank you, Shani!

  I have 2 properties managed by Professionals Wantirna and decided to switch another of my properties managed by another agent to be managed by them.They have been very efficient and we are pleased by their services so far.

  Don't recommended at all for sell. I was a buyer, I told them my offer and they called me back to discuss more. I put more offer but they said is not enough. I told them will call you in one hour if I want to change my offer and they accepted it. I've called them several times after 1 hour, 2 hours and even a day but haven't got call back. They sold that property under my offer.
