    Staff are generally nice and helpful but today Gabby was disinterested and seemed annoyed that our question about insurance on postage was asked. Didn't get any answer to that question.

    Today I went into the post office to post a couple of items interstate. Usually going to the post and doing this kind of stuff is difficult however I was helped by a lovely lady by the name of Darja who made my experience enjoyable yet efficient. Give this woman a pay rise her service was 11/10!

    Very average. If you are going to work in a shop, be nice. Looks like the prerequisite for working at this post office (Knox City) is to make the simplest job as painful and excruciating as possible. There are worse jobs they could be doing, suggest they cheer up
