  Very bad service here. Had a Galaxy S3 that I wanted to put on loan, and because of the small little bits of plastic fallen off the side, they refused it straight away without fully checking the product. Wouldn't recommend ever going to this Cash Converters at Knox.

  Know what the price is for the item your looking at as they have quite a few things that I've looked at buying at they wouldn't budge on price even though I showed them that price band new is lower that what they have marked.

  Everone who say this store is good must be on something. They are put her to make the poor people even more worse off. The repayments are just laughable. They should be in court for theft taking advantage of people who obviously need help not some greedy people ripping then off. They know that they buy and sell stolen goods but unless someone goes looking for their goods buy buy they are sold. Please don't enable a thief by going to one of the rubbish stores STAY AWAY even if you find your goods hope you're holding a reciept oyher wise say goodbye to your goods fo the second time.
