  I was looking forward to a fabulous new color however on my first visit they didn't manage to put highlights in as requested. I returned the following week where they proceeded to mess up the highlights completely. Don't bother going here if you want a hairdresser that listens to what you want. They don't know what subtle means. I am new to the Knox area so would appreciate suggestions for a decent hairdresser in the area. I won't be returning to this one.

  Everyone's experiences are different. Mine was very positive, i had the owner do my hair- cut, style, blow dry and curl. He was super friendly, comes in Thursday, Friday and Saturday, but in general i thought the service and environment was very good. Got asked for a drink by one of the workers and so he made me a hot mocha =D

  the most unethical and stupid place to visit in my entire life. found too much discrimination. customer waiting and they are busy in there phone calls. and if u go after this or complain they do the radicolous job and say sorry at the end.
