    This place knows how to manage customers and pricing. We've been customers for some twenty odd years, various sales people with Brooke being superb. Pricing is negotiable, and they will match pricing. They obviously deliver or can pick up from an external warehouse. Overall excellence in price, supply and customers service.

    Went here a few months ago to buy a TV, wanted to spend about 2k on something nice. Walked in, no one served us, one guy was sitting down watching one of the TV's lol. Walked to the service counter at the back, the girl there said she couldn't help us and would have to get one of the floor staff, she went and got the guy that was watching TV. Asked about finance and he said that he didn't know how to do it, even though finance companies list then on their websites. Gave up on them, went round the corner to JB and bought my TV.

    Excellent service. Competitive prices. First time I have purchased from this store and after the experience I had I will be back. I have always been a loyal customer of The Good Guys but the attitude of the sales staff at Bayswater today was woeful. I even called the nunawading Good Guys and the girl on the phone was rude. They have lost my custom. I will only shop now for electrical appliances at Betta Home Living Knox.

    Approximately 2 weeks ago I bought a few items from this store and I ave to say the service upon purchasing was excellent. However.... When the items were delivered we were very upset about the fact that the dryer we bought didnt fit the area we needed to put it in. We called the store and were told that the only way they would accept it back was if it was wrapped in the same way it was delivered.Because we bought 3 items we had thrown away some of the stuff it was wrapped in so wrapped it up as much as we possibly could. The store sent someone to come and pick it up because we couldn't fit it in our car (charged an extra $40, as well as $40 for the first delivery). 2 hours later we received a call from the store telling us that we were not going to get a refund because we had used it... You have to be kidding !!... Upon further discussion we were then told that would get 'some' money refunded but they would take 20% off because we had used it. WE HAD NOT !!! So.... I decided it was time to take this further because I wasn't prepared to pay out money ($110) for an item I wasn't even going to own AND I still needed to buy one. Head office were great, supportive and helpful. However, a customer should NEVER have to go that kind of length to get help !! Long story short..... A very rude and arrogant staff member called me a week later to tell me that I was able to come in and get a full refund... So, I did...... Moral of the story , DONT SHOP AT THIS STORE !!

    Dont purchase from here!!! Had an absolute shocking experience after purchasing a brand new Beko fridge. The fridge & freezer stopped working not even 2 months after the purchase date (mind you the fridge came with a 2 year warranty). The owner of the store promised to replace my fridge with a BRAND NEW replacement Beko fridge only to receive at 8.30PM! on a Saturday night a second hand ex-display model..Not impressed very disgusting behavior knowing knowing my parents have spent quiet a lot of money at the store in the last few years and have been loyal customers. I will be taking this matter to ACCC today!!
