  Bought a wooden hand seat from Knox Ishka to find out living bugs eating the wood from the bottom.. Returned and refunded money. Recommend to check any furniture you buy at Ishka.

  I was this store customer almost for 2 years every week but not any more as had a bad experience today. I always bought a gift ftom them and they were happy to wrap it for me but in last purchase one of the ladies in age of latest forty said NO wrapping today. I said ok but you will lose customer with smile but she was kind of attacking me aggressively and told me that was terrible thing you can tell me. She said don’t blackmail me and you are really negative person. She had this behaviour two weeks before as ignored to wraps because it was a cheap product. I am really upset and I think it wasn’t appropriate customer service at least in Australia even if I used bad words which I believe it wasn’t. Honestly, they lose me as a customer.

  I love Ishka Knox, the girls are so lovely and incredibly helpful. I had a problem with something and it was replaced right away. Thanks well done great customer service .
