    Had trouble finding workwear today and was promptly assisted by John and a lovely lady at the fitting rooms (blonde lady, I'm upset I forgot her name). Nothing was too much fuss and they went over and above to make sure I received what I was after. Service is back at Kmart! Well done guys!

    The staff members in the check out section are always friendly and seem approachable other wise.

    When it comes to peak shopping seasons i tend to encounter staff who seem to have had enough of customers. For example I found a staff member who appeared angry that she was actually stopped to be asked where a certain item in the store was.
