  I always go to The Brow & Beauty Parlour at Knox to get my eyebrows done and I never walk out disappointed, the girls that work their are always so lovely and kind and always listen to how I want them shaped ect..BUT I have to give all the credit to the beautiful lady called Hetal who did my eyelashes and I have nothing to say but WOW and THANK YOU! Hetal is a lovely gentle soul who made me feel so comfortable through out the whole process.. she is literally amazing. I was so nervous to get my eyelashes done as this was my first time and didn't really know how I wanted them to look or how big or anything like that but Hetal made me feel relaxed as she was so professional and I could see that she loved her job and that it was her passion! I will 100% return here to get both my eyelashes and eyebrows done here.. Hetal you are amazing and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone but you. thank you so much.

  Go in to get my face threaded, once leaving I noticed there was spots she had missed so I head back to tell them and she tells me that, that is my problem and that she won't fix it herself or get any of the other ladies to either?

  Really unhappy with experience here. I asked for the $10 thread and without my consent gave me the $15 eyebrow shaper.. then when I paid by cash she gave me $5 back made out of 20c coins. Also they're very bad at drawing on eyebrows and basically drew a childish line across my head. Wont be returning here.

  This place is a joke. It has to be the worst location of the chain business.

  The customer service is terrible, if you feel like throwing your money into half assed services this place is for you.

  I had my first ever eyelash extensions and Hetal the beautician made me so comfortable . I was a bit worried about the procedure but she explained everything . I looked awesome.
