  It was the most disappointing service we have received. So we said.. ok we will and walked out.. customers should not tolerate salespeople like Sonya.. coz I won't.. and it was a $3500 item..

  When we said we saw a different price at the other branch with a lesser discount on ticket but same price.. which means one store was lying about the rrp price..the sales person Sonya said to us very rudely 'then why don't you go and buy from the other shop'

  WORST service I got in my diamond search. Saw this diamond ring and went into get more information about it on 01/05/17 around 3.45pm. The lady was very rude and got very defensive when I asked specifications of the diamond and started asking me why am I asking about these specifications, I should buy the diamond for the looks of it and the feeling it brings.... sure, so you can rip me off for a low quality diamond and a higher price tag....?

  People, do your research and always know what you are paying your hard earned money for. Don't pay for the looks of the diamond but for the quality of it. And find a jeweller who is happy to help you with your search, not someone who wants you to spend thousands of dollars coz your blindly fell in love with it!!

  We went to the shop to purchase a particular item which we knew exactly we wanted. Having checked at a different branch we just want to see if Knox can match or do better. One short haired saleslady was very very helpful went out of the way to help us, given it was a long day for them.
